Each Print whether it is Full Size or Mini is produced using some of the finest quality materials available today. The Epson K3 pigment inks printed on 190g/m2 watercolour paper radiant white are expected to last a lifetime according to recent tests at wilhelm-research.com

Your choice of picture is printed to order, after which it takes 24 hours to fully dry out before dispatch. Each order is therefore handled individually with great care. The finished print is wrapped in archival tissue to protect the printed surface in transit as it is rolled up inside a purpose made postal tube.

Parcels can be sent worldwide using just 2 standard postal charges.

UK only - via Royal Mail 1st Class post standard rate.

Europe - Airmail small packet standard (up to 5 working days).

Rest of the World - Airmail small packet standard (5 to 10 working days).

Particular care is taken to ensure your poster will arrive in perfect condition.All work is insured during transit to cover damage or loss. If however damage does occur during transit, please let me know within 7 days of delivery and I will send you out a replacement print free of charge.

Please also let me know if you are concerned that your print has not arrived with the possible time periods as outlined above. These time periods do not of course include the possibility of delays because of unforseen circumstances. If a parcel has been found to have been lost in the post, then either you may receive a full refund, or I will be happy to send out another print.

I will offer a full refund should you not be satisfied with your print, as long as you -

Contact me within 10 days of delivery.

Return the order in its original condition within 30 days.

On receipt of the item, you will be fully reimbursed.

Remove one of the plastic cap ends of postal tube to find inside a receipt of your order.

A procedure should you wish to mount and frame the picture yourself -

The print inside can either be gently shacken out or pulled out by holding onto the archival tissue paper.

First please lay the print image on a clean flat surface face up with the archival tissue placed over it.

Place your picture frame backing board (plus weights if required) carefully over the print to flatten the image overnight. Always use a suitable card mount to attach and display the picture and allow the watercolour paper to breathe behind the picture glass.

Professional Mounting

If you choose to have your picture professionally mounted, it might be better to leave the print inside the postal tube until the job can be done.
